Ingredients:
2 cups Hungry Jack Complete Blueberry Wheat Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
2/3 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Blueberry Fruit Syrup

Preparation Directions:
1.COMBINE pancake mix, buttermilk, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Stir until large lumps disappear. Heat skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F. Spray cooking surface with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot pan or griddle. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side or until light golden brown.
2.MIX berries with blueberry syrup in a medium bowl.
3.STACK 3 pancakes in center of each plate. Top with berry syrup. Serve immediately.
