Ingredients
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) package Hungry Jack® Easy Pack™ Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups Hungry Jack® Complete Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavored Syrup
- Whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 12 maraschino cherries
Preparation Instructions
- HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- WHISK peanut butter and water until blended. Beat in egg and brown sugar. Stir in pancake mix until smooth. Pour evenly in prepared baking pan.
- BAKE 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
- CUT into 12 pieces. Cut each square diagonally to make two triangles. Arrange on individual serving plates. Top with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle of chocolate syrup, dollop of whipped cream, 1 teaspoon chopped peanuts and a cherry.
