Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler


Ingredients

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup Hungry Jack® Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (21 oz.) can fruit pie filling of your choice, such as cherry, peach or blueberry
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Preparation Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 9×9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. COMBINE pancake mix and water in bowl. Stir just until large lumps disappear. Pour into prepared pan. Top with fruit pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. BAKE 25 to 30 minutes. Remove to rack and let cool 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
