Maple-Mandarin Cream Pops


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup Hungry Jack® Original Syrup
  • 10 (5 oz.) paper cups
  • 10 food-safe wooden craft sticks

Preparation Instructions

  1. BLEND yogurt and mandarin oranges in blender. Pulse three to four times, retaining very small chunks of oranges.
  2. POUR mixture into medium bowl. Add heavy cream and syrup. Stir until combined.
  3. FILL paper cups with equal amounts of mixture. Freeze 30 minutes. Insert wooden sticks into center of each cup. Freeze an additional 3 1/2 hours. Remove from paper cup to serve.
