Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 cup Hungry Jack® Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 (21 oz.) can fruit pie filling of your choice, such as cherry, peach or blueberry
- Ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Preparation Instructions
- HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 9×9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- COMBINE pancake mix and water in bowl. Stir just until large lumps disappear. Pour into prepared pan. Top with fruit pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- BAKE 25 to 30 minutes. Remove to rack and let cool 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
