Funfetti® Peanut Butter Sundae


Ingredients

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 (7 oz.) package Hungry Jack® Easy Pack™ Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Hungry Jack® Complete Funfetti® Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavored Syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 12 maraschino cherries

Preparation Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. WHISK peanut butter and water until blended. Beat in egg and brown sugar. Stir in pancake mix until smooth. Pour evenly in prepared baking pan.
  3. BAKE 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  4. CUT into 12 pieces. Cut each square diagonally to make two triangles. Arrange on individual serving plates. Top with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle of chocolate syrup, dollop of whipped cream, 1 teaspoon chopped peanuts and a cherry.
